@Frank:I have that same situation occur a few times. However, you can simply drag & drop files/folders out of the Recycle Bin to the location of your choice. That trick has saved me a lot of time.

Frank, you *can* restore a folder to a different parent folder, avoiding the name collision. I just tried it on Windows 7. There is a "Move here" menu item in the context menu.
